If your contact via LinkedIn is for the purpose of concluding a contract with us, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is the legal basis for processing.

b) Evaluation for Statistical Purposes Using Page Insights by LinkedIn

For the purpose of designing our offering on our LinkedIn profile according to demand and continuously optimizing it, as well as for displaying target-group-oriented posts, we use LinkedIn Insights. In the form of statistics, we receive anonymized information from LinkedIn about how many users visit the page at what time and interact with it (Page Insights). The categories of personal data processed include field of activity, company size, industry, location, and career level.

The processing is carried out jointly with LinkedIn in accordance with Article 26 GDPR. We will provide you with the essentials of the agreement for joint controllers upon request.

We process the data using Page Insights for the purpose of optimizing our offering and ensuring more effective communication with interested parties.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest we pursue lies in improving our offering on LinkedIn.
