3.1 Interaction (use of the company profile functions)

Data categories:
Profile name, profile picture, “Like” information, comment, follow information, “Send application” information, period of commenting, content of the message, date and time of the message.

Purpose(s):
Information about our company and current job vacancies, interaction with visitors, improvement of the user experience, receipt and processing of enquiries, complaints or other feedback.

Legal basis/bases:
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (balancing of interests). In doing so, we pursue the legitimate interest of communicating with visitors to the XING profile and providing information on current topics.

If you contact us via XING for the purpose of concluding a contract with us, Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR is the legal basis for the processing.

Recipients or categories of recipients:
Internal departments, agencies for profile administration.

Third-country transfer:
No.

Duration of processing of personal data:
All other personal data is processed only for as long as it is visible on the company profile. Visibility can be determined by the data subject themselves (e.g. deletion of a comment).

3.2 Processing of page insights under joint responsibility with XING

Data categories:
Page insights; In the form of statistics, XING provides us with anonymised information about how many users visit the page at what time and interact with it. The categories of personal data processed include age, gender, language, and other data you have provided (XING provides further information here).

Purpose(s):
Optimisation of our offering and to ensure more effective communication with interested parties.

Legal basis/bases:
Art. 6(1) subpara. 1 lit. f) GDPR (balancing of interests). In doing so, we pursue the legitimate interest of improving our offering on XING.
