3. Collection and processing of personal data and the nature and purpose of its use
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
a) Contacting you, interacting with you, commenting on posts
We process your personal data when you contact us via LinkedIn. When you contact us via LinkedIn, the data you provide and your LinkedIn profile will be visible to us. In particular, we process the following data
- Date and time of the interaction
- Type of device
- Type and content of the interaction (e.g., likes, direct messages, comments)
- Profile
- Profile picture
- Contact information
- Education
- Professional background
- “Likes”
We collect and process your personal data to respond to your interaction requests, to communicate with you, to improve your user experience, to report on current topics, and to receive and process inquiries, complaints, or other feedback. LinkedIn itself uses the data to create analyses/evaluations/statistics.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in communicating with you. In addition, our LinkedIn profile is intended to enable you to contact us quickly and easily and to provide you with information on current topics. If you contact us via LinkedIn for the purpose of concluding a contract with us, Article 6 para. 1 b) GDPR is the legal basis for the processing.
b) Evaluation for statistical purposes using Page Insights by LinkedIn
We use LinkedIn Insights for the purpose of designing our LinkedIn profile in line with requirements and continuously optimizing it, as well as for displaying target group-oriented posts. LinkedIn provides us with anonymized information in the form of statistics about how many users visit the page, when they visit it, and how they interact with it (page insights). The categories of personal data processed include field of activity, company size, industry, location, and career level.
The processing is carried out jointly with LinkedIn in accordance with Article 26 GDPR. We will provide you with the essential details of the agreement for joint controllers upon request.
We process the data using Page Insights for the purpose of optimizing our offering and ensuring more effective communication with interested parties.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving our offering on LinkedIn.

Your personal data will be transferred to the following recipients or processed by them:

We only pass on your personal data to external recipients outside Scheja & Partners GmbH & Co. KG if this is necessary for the processing or handling of your request, if there is another legal permission or if we have your consent to do so.

We only process your personal data in Germany and within the European Union.
LinkedIn also transfers personal data to countries outside the EU (LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 W. Maude Ave, Sunnyvale, CA94085, USA).
The standard contractual clauses have been concluded between LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company and LinkedIn Corporation.
6. Deletion periods
In any case, we only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above. In the event of an objection, we will delete your personal data unless further processing is permitted under the relevant legal provisions.

If your personal data is processed, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:
Right to access:
You have the right to obtain information about the data processed about you.
Right to rectification:
You can request the correction of inaccurate data relating to you. In addition, you can request the completion of incomplete data.
Right to erasure:
In certain cases, you can request the deletion of your personal data.
Right to restriction of processing:
In certain cases, you may request that the processing of your data be restricted.
Right to data portability:
