As leaders, we act reliably and take responsibility.

Our communication is characterized by clarity and honesty.

Sustainability Strategy

Our strategy is a continuously evolving program with defined goals, measures, responsibilities, and documentation. Goals and potential measures are discussed by our Sustainability Committee in regular status meetings and then implemented.

We align ourselves with the twenty criteria of the German Sustainability Code, focusing on their applicability to our organization.

We focus our sustainability efforts on the priorities we have set for our sustainability strategy, process management, environment, and society. Key areas of action we pursue include resource conservation (including the use of natural resources, resource management, climate-relevant emissions), promotion of employee culture (including employee rights, equal opportunities, qualification), and implementation of socially responsible behavior (including human rights, community, political influence, and compliance with laws and guidelines).
