fully qualified lawyer (specializing in data protection law), commercial lawyer specializing in data protection law (m/f/d) )

Your responsibilities 

  • Advising our clients on data protection Performing the duties of a Data Protection Officer 
  • Supporting our clients’ special projects, such as the introduction and development of new technologies or the  GDPR 
  • Professional client/project management 
  • Conducting data protection audits 
  • Training for clients and cooperating educational institutions 
  • Maintenance, operation, and further development of our data protection management system PrivacyPilot 
  • Development of legal tech solutions for data protection.

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent legal qualifications (fully qualified lawyer), law degree or commercial law degree 
  • Ideally, knowledge of data protection and/or IT law 
  • Interest in modern technologies and communication systems 
  • Enthusiasm for providing practical advice to companies, effective project management, communication with managers, administrators, works councils, and supervisory authorities 
  • Good English skills 
  • Motivation and team spirit
